Cancellation & No Show Policy
In order to meet the high demand for our services and respect the time of our stylists, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time, or missed/no-show appointments, will be charged the full service amount.
All appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of booking.
